The Estimating and Proposals feature allows you to build customer estimates in the office similar to creating them in QuickBooks. You have access to the QuickBooks items list to create detail line items by selecting items from the drop-down list. An additional feature allows you to also pick items from one or more Excel price lists to build your detail estimates. When you sell the job, with a click of a button you can create a new installation work order for scheduling. A real time saver and it eliminates all of the duplicate paperwork.
Customer proposals may be printed or emailed and also revised at any time. Purchase Orders may also be created and tracked in QuickBooks against the work order for tracking received items. Schedule a personal demonstration. Watch the video below.
